Divine Images Network, Inc., was founded in 1995 by Doris D. Cutler, a former DC Police Detective; native Washingtonian, devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  She is affectionately known to many and prefers to be called “Dee Dee”.

Being a survivor of domestic violence in the late 1980's impelled her to become a dedicated advocate and motivational speaker for the eradication of violence against woman, the economic barriers that plaque women and it’s affect on children.

God has endowed her with the ability to minister to women in violent and economically challenged situations.  Empowered to prosper in every area of her life, she effectively challenges women across the nation to change by choice from poverty to prosperity.   Through motivational speaking, seminars and workshops she uses practical principles to provide operational insight on violence against women and quality of life issues as they relate to self-development for women and children.

Her experience and extensive training has afforded her the opportunity to facilitate a countless numbers of training seminars, workshops and presentations for organizations such as; Leah Joppy & Associates, USSMC, The Metropolitan Police Department, United States Attorney’s Office, The Center for Child Protection, The WDC Mayor’s Violence Against Women’s Advisory Commission, My Sister Place, House of Ruth, American, Howard, George Mason, George Washington and The University of the District of Columbia, and a host of local hospitals, churches and other non-profit or faith based organizations.
